Skinessence Skin & Hair Laser Aesthetic Clinic is a dermatologist-led medical and aesthetic clinic located at 2nd Floor, JN Corner, Near Abad Silver Crest, Jawahar Nagar, Subash Chandra Bose Road, Kadavanthra, Kochi, Kerala — founded and led by Dr. Annu Jayan, MBBS, MD (Dermatology).

All treatments are performed or directly supervised by a qualified medical dermatologist. We are a registered medical establishment under the applicable laws of Kerala.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website enquiry form. Booking an appointment via our website or WhatsApp constitutes a request only — it is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from our clinic team.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling
• A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested on your first visit
• Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for consultation and treatment
• Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit any advance booking amount paid
• No-shows without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation charge at our discretion
• Treatment packages: individual sessions within a package can be rescheduled subject to availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies or unavailability of the treating doctor

Treatment Consent & Risks

Before any procedure, you will be asked to provide informed consent. Our team will explain the nature of the treatment, expected outcomes, and potential risks or side effects during your consultation.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and prior treatments
• You understand that results may vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed
• You have had the opportunity to ask questions and are satisfied with the explanations provided
• You consent to the recommended treatment being performed by or under the supervision of Dr. Annu Jayan

Providing inaccurate or incomplete medical information that affects your treatment outcome releases Skinessence from related liability.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of each consultation or treatment session unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

• Treatment package fees paid in advance are non-refundable once treatment has commenced
• Unused sessions within a purchased package may be transferred to a family member residing at the same address, subject to clinical suitability
• Refund requests for prepaid packages that have not yet been used will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the clinic's discretion
• We do not offer refunds for completed consultations or treatment sessions

Photography & Clinical Records

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to document your progress as part of your medical record. These are stored securely and are accessible only to your treating clinical team.

We may request your permission to use anonymised or consented photographs for educational or marketing purposes. This is always optional and separate from your medical record consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, treatment descriptions, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Skinessence or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not alter or remove any copyright notices.
