Dr.Annu Jayan, Founder & Director of Skinessence, is a reputed and well-established name in the field of cosmetic dermatology with more than 14 years of experience. Dr.Annu has completed her MBBS from the prestigious Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore and has done her M.D in Dermatology from JJMMC, Davangere. During her M.D she was one among the only two postgraduates to be selected to attend a workshop in cosmetology with the well known Dr.Satish Savant at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. Since aesthetics was the key area of interest, Dr.Annu moved to Bangalore to work with Dr.M.K.Shetty, one of the pioneers of aesthetics. In the following years she worked with Kaya Skin Clinic in Kochi and with Restylane in Mumbai, as a national level trainer, training doctors for filler injections.

Dr.Annu founded Skinessence in 2015, at Kochi. Under her experience and guidance, the clinic has established itself as a popular destination for various skin and hair related treatments for many people across Kerala. Her clientele includes people from the US and also the Middle East. Dr.Annu has a thorough understanding of the different needs of the patient. She believes in keeping herself updated with the latest developments in cosmetology by attending various national and international level conferences. Skinessence is a leading skin and hair aesthetic clinic, located at Kadavanthra, Kochi. It was founded in April 2015 by Dr.Annu Jayan, a well established and reputed name in the field of cosmetic dermatology.
