It usually occurs in the adolescence years and is commonly experienced on the face, chest, and back. For many people, these conditions can occur at any age. Acne may affect your physical appearance and even cause permanent scars if not treated on time

What to Expect

Here at Skinessence, we treat all types of acne such as cystic acne, back acne, acne vulgaris, adult acne, and rosacea acne. We work with your skin to minimise the four key factors contributing to acne – excess oil, increased cell turnover, bacteria, and inflammation. We use advance peels to reduce the oil from skin and close the pores. We provide nothing other than the best standard of pre-treatment, treatment, and aftercare with advance products and medication. A combination of 3 – 4 sessions of peels will clear up acne. For Spots and Scar, the treatment could be either a combination and 3 – 4 sessions of laser or Dermaroller or MNFR or any one particular treatment type base on the skin condition. The whole treatment lasts approx. 3 months and helps clears the acne and acne scars

How Acne/Spot/Scar treatments works:

  • Chemical Peel– This involves the application of a medicated gel solution that decreases new acne formation, decreases oil gland activity and acne blemishes. It also helps in resurfacing acne scars. This requires neither actual peeling nor downtime and is painless.
  • Mesotherapy Treatment– This is a painless, microinjection procedure that delivers vitamins, minerals, and various medications directly into the required layers of skin, thus reducing pigmentation and resurfacing acne scars.
  • Dermaroller (Roller Lift)– This is a micro-medical needling procedure that stimulates the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally; eventually creating smoother, brighter skin and reduced post – acne blemishes and scarring.
  • Skin Polishing (Microdermabrasion)– It is a procedure that uses ultraclean crystals to remove the superficial dead layer of skin, causing a decrease in blemishes and helping in scar resurfacing.
  • CO2 Fractional Laser –It is a breakthrough technology that stimulates collagen and decreases scars and brown spots left by acne. This works on other types of scars chicken pox, accident, trauma…. 3-4  sessions done once a month would show good results
  • MNFR –This is an excellent ant-aging tool which treats sagging skin, dilated pores, scars, aging lines, and wrinkles. It is a popular treatment promoted as non-surgical face lifting. Stretch marks are also minimally reduced with this
